Super fun session 😱. Damage report: The K12s busted an A block which took out the hinge pin, shock cap, and steering bolt when the A arm twisted with the wheel. Since replaced with an M2C Racing steel A block 💪. Outcast 8s cracked a front A arm and needed fresh bullet connectors. White Lightning cracked a rear Hoon rim after jumping the curb 😂. Shout out to Dave and Ian for another super fun bash!!!

In other words… launching it 50 feet in the air results in an explosion when hitting ground. I admire your passion for this but you should just get an airplane. Shooting super expensive cars into the air like this is just dumb. Takes more skill to keep it on the ground and planted around a tight corner. Not to mention real RC cars with nitro engines. More fun than flying sewing machines.

Well I didn't see any explosions 😂 but feel free to keep doing laps on your local track if that suits your fancy. Bashing is about having fun however you see fit. No rigid rules like with racing. Guess we don't have to understand something to pass judgement.

Hi Rich, I wanted to ask you for some advice. I'm using my Outcast 1/5 at 8s but it doesn't push as I want it to. I'd like it to be more aggressive. Now it's fitted with a 39/42 spur gear with an 800kv HW motor. What do you recommend?

Hey Brother 👊. Try running 34/34 or 39/39 gearing. You need to run 1/1 gearing to get decent mid range and top speed with the 800kv. You could even do 42/39 (swap the pinion and spur) and have much better top end. Also turn your punch up to max setting. 🍻

That is an insane downslope. Your videos are insane. I miss my Outcast, I turned it into a Mega Kraton. That thing still scares me when I run it. Its mostly upgraded, I think I’m going use my spare parts to build a stock Outcast. Do you know how the max 5 would run with the spectrum 1100 KV?

Yeah that downslope is steep and mostly rough 😂. We didn't have enough time to try and smooth anything out. Having both the Kraton and O8s is ideal 😍. They're both just so darn fun!!! My O8s EXB RTR rips with the Max5 and Spectrum 1100. Think I'm running 25/39 gearing 🤔

@ even the OS8 stock electronics are killer. I was running a 30/39, with rocket fans. Never overheated, no diff problems as well. Arrma is really good when it comes to that. I Still got stock diffs on the Mega Kraton, holding up like a champ and a pair of Vitavon for when they give.
