Raw Bowgun Is Still Powerful In Monster Hunter Sunbreak

I personally love using the Primordial LBG for rapidfire pierce because it also lets you use rapidfire slicing (I have a weird obsession with slicing ammo) which also helps farming!!

I think it's slightly less damage than the other 2 common pierce LBGs but Slicing Ammo will always be worth it for the idea of shooting a monster's tail off

Raw pierce LBG was my favorite in base rise. I still use it in sunbreak

In older games bowguns where strong but on the other hand farming ammo was more tedious, you had less space in your inventory and gunner armor had lower defense (but higher elemental resistances)

gunners still have lower defence, it's just not shown and is instead a hidden multiplier

Is HAME a thing in the newer momster hunter games? 4u used to have it and would kill just about anything in about 3 minutes lol...HAME = 1 status LBG and 3 peirce HBG

LBG was "bad" in FU because that game's version of quick load was loading all your ammo into a single clip and HBG exploited that way better. Other than that and Tri's make-a-gun, yeah it's been 1st or 2nd best weapon every game since.

even with perfect shooting you still run out of ammo on anomaly monsters, its annoying af could be solved if I could carry more herbs with me but no im not allowed >:T its why I in most cases run raw. Raw builds also tend to be comfier since you can slot in more comfort skills elemental builds dont have room for it
