Nicole Kessinger. She has a history of conduct disorder (this disorder turns into antisocial personality disorder AKA sociopathy). When she was 16 she stabbed a family friend. She was arrested for a felony. Yet apparently her family has connections because she aided and abetted and encouraged the crime. She told Chris that he could only be with her if he had no family because she was extremely jealous of his wife and kids. Because he is so high and agreeableness and such a dependent personality, possibly having dependent personality disorder, he could not say no to her and have to do what she told him to do. There's actually quite a bit of evidence that she was helping him the morning of the murders. In fact, he had originally planned to give Shannan oxycodone to overdose. He said I will never say who gave it to me I'll take that to my grave. He tried to protect Nicole kessinger in every way possible and absolutely did. She is just as guilty as Chris is but because he pled guilty so quickly they stopped investigating. Does not make any sense why the police did not investigate her further

When she says that they are talking about possible early signs that he may have eventually done something like this. In context, what she is saying is that he did not show any early signs that would lead someone to suspect that he would one day do something like what he did. It is known that many serial killers and people who commit atrocities like him (psychopaths etc.) often will start off with torturing and/or killing animals. She's not saying that he was a good person or anything because he did not kill animals. She's only illustrating the fact that he did not present any early warning signs, any early "red flags" that he might do something like this in the future, such as killing or torturing animals.
