Thankyou so much for sharing this recipe...loads of love from India. I always make coconut chutney, drink coconut water, use coconut oil/milk, but this ice cream is like waaooo and so so tempting. I use coconut milk. Just leave in fridge overnight, turn can upside down when opening to poor the water out and only use the cream. Looks like the results are the same 👍😊

Do you think it would be ok to use less condensed milk? I’m a diabetic and love ice cream but must be careful not having too much processed sugar. Also I don’t have an ice cream machine, can I still do it without one? Thanks!

I hate to see coconut water wasted. Just bore the hole in the top and use a straw to drink the water. After that you can break the coconut Beautiful recipe!
