Costa Rica , Guatemala , Panama and El Salvador all have great spots . I mean awesome waves , warm water and really cheap . Besides cool and friendly people , if in Mexico go further south.

I'm from SA and lived and worked near Cactus. I used to go to tho Snapper Rocks, Coolangatta, kirra etc. on holidays. I swear I've surfed ir better than this. Clean, no white water etc. Snapper Rocks is my faovourite second to Kirra.
