Gopro really didn't do this one justice but it was still a pretty sick line.

Damn you can tell the GoPro effect is really working against you on this one. That looked nuts

I grew up skiing here, and i always remember on power days watching people do this crazy line, looked at these drops 100's of times and go pro effect is reallyyy killing you here.

Yah the flat light that day also didn’t help. Stoked to hit some more of that soon.

Nice line, i know the one. They always have it roped off/ closed though I'm sure you can cut in from the trees

Nicely done. I had Grouse did a full on head plant into the powder right in front of me at whistler. Was pretty funny

Wow I’ve thought Grouse looks sweet because of its proximity to Vancouver but seeing this makes it look super sick

this looks like a sick powder day but the chairs look dead?

Those days are gone. Pre Covid it was like a members-only resort, then Grouse was reservation only during Covid & limited capacity - even better, but now it's open season & 2024 will bring a new detachable Gondola from the base - flood gates are open.

Can’t believe that’s Grouse man, absolutely epic, big props. Are you using a chest mount for your GoPro? And which chair was that? Haven’t skied Grouse in 15 years but grew up on that mountain, trying to place the line in my head. Keep it up!
@BCmtb3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Gopro was mounted on my helmet for this clip. The line was underneath Olympic chair I believe

How do you like your Chetlers? How would you say they fair in deeper snow?
@BCmtb3 жыл бұрын
I’ve found them really good. Mine are 164 so they’re pretty short and they still do fine in deep or heavy pow. If your worried about flotation I would go on the longer end but I haven’t had any problems
@isaacrobinson94053 жыл бұрын
@@BCmtb How tall are you? I rented some for about a month and I loved them. They only had the 179 and they felt a little too long for me, never got to try them in powder though.

Looks awesome, I’m looking at doing a winter season at grouse would you recommend? Also what’s the city like down below and is it far to get from there to Whistler?
@BCmtb3 жыл бұрын
Grouse definitely can be super good but it can also be really bad. These were some of the best days all season so this is not what it’s like most of the time. It’s a great mountain if you ski the terrain park or just looking for a mellow cruise. Vancouver is pretty dope and it’s about 2 hours drive from whistler.
