RAW HM 1000x Chasis Rifle - FIRST LOOK

Here's Rossi's first look at the RAW HM 1000x Chasis Rifle. Raw has finally taken this classic bench gun and made it perfect for the everyday shooter. We'll take a look at it and see what it's made of as we prep it for a Range Day Review.
At the heart of each rifle is the proven HM1000x receiver featuring a high-power tune, creating up to 50 foot-pounds of muzzle energy in .22, 60 foot-pounds in .25, 80 foot-pounds in .30 and 130 foot-pounds in .357. The fully regulated design ensures that shot strings are consistent and the 480-cc carbon fiber bottle ensures that you will have enough air onboard for extended stays at the range or in the field. Every HM1000x LRT features a Lothar Walther, polygon rifled barrel that, after being fitted to the receiver, is tested to ensure accuracy before it leaves the factory.

Great rifle ,I hope to get mine this week 😁should your bipod not be the other way around ,I know you don’t need to load the bipod on a recoiless rifle like a centerfire but it could fold up when you don’t want it too .

Wow, just realized that you have over 70,000 subscribers ! That is a LOT of people like me who love airguns ! It's good to know. AIrgunning is such a fun, wholesome sport. It can be done in solitude, like myself, or with family. My dad and I shoot together and it's the only thing we have in common, as far as activities. I have given him a few rifles, all break barrels, but I think it's time for him to go PCP. All the naysayers on the news who want guns to go away have NO IDEA how much fun their missing !

I kept my Weihrauch HW97K around out of principle and purity, then sold it to a person who will truly love it because once I went PCP with multi shot capability, going back to a break barrel / underlever is like going back to a Model A and I need to go 65 on the freeway.

Would be the perfect gun if it could get 34-38grain slugs even close to 1000fps. I know that’s asking ALOT of a pellet gun, but when you can buy an impact for the same price, and get an extra 30fpe it’s tough to pull the trigger on this one. With that said, the raw is absolutely twice as reliable as any fx gun. Just need more power, and more shots.. 580cc cough cough.

Hey Bill, I'm not sure about the Rawson...haven't actually heard of it. PA has tons of big bores from UX, Air Force, Hatsan...they have lots of .357 and above.
