I didn’t get a clip but the regular footer charged this psycho wave which would’ve been easily 2x or more overhead for him. You could see he wasn’t going to make it last second but he charged it anyway and got smoked. Paddle back out with a sore back after hitting the reef twice then onto the next wave he went.. these kids are insane 🔥

Awesome vid! I love your content and tutorials. Question: On your snap, where do you put your back foot on your bottom turn? Do you move it back as you are nearing the top? Do you then push it against the back of the pad at the top? Trying to understand your back foot movements.

Yew thanks so much mate! Your back foot should be pressed up against the kick of the tailpad right before you bottom turn and be planted there through the whole manoeuvre. I believe I talk about the pressure of your feet in the FS Snap tutorial and it’s a very heavy back footed move until you’ve made the release then it’s straight back to the front foot to get down the wave
