36:46 Speaking of smart water, I just remembered that we had some similar thing in a table top rpg many years ago. I don't remember the exact details but it was similar to smart water, the difference was that when you drank it your character gained some skillpoints from the knowledge contained in the water. I remember one character getting a surprising amount of skillpoints in fishing from drinking one of the "smart waters we found. Had a period of time when I did quests for him since quite a few of the quests involve lengthy guides. Edit: Not that long ago, I showed my brother how expensive some of the food from fast food chains in Sweden had gotten. Made a mock order via delivery service called foodora on Max hamburgers (Swedish national fast food chain). A double Frisco hamburger meal cost 18$, 5$ was for the delivery from Foodora. The craziest thing is that the hamburger alone was 11$, almost the entire cost of the meal (11$ out of 13$).Doesn't help that the chain has also dropped in quality. Id rather buy stuff and make my own burgers, not like that's a hard thing to do. 30:40 One of them is a proper crash mat, the other is only called a crashmat cause it managed to just inch itself past the minimum government requirements to call itself a crash mat.

So... with regards to summer time... the idea that it's "for the farmers" is apocryphal - it was never "for the farmers" and farmers have never cared - that's just a thing that people say to justify it. changing the clocks for Summer time actually originates from the germans during the world wars - they were struggling for fuel supplies, and they worked out that having people drive during the daylight improved fuel efficiency, so instituted a clocks change to help people save fuel. A large portion of western Europe and the USA followed suit later. ---- Problem is, nowadays it's not true any more. Motorway lighting and modern headlamps are good enough, that the fuel savings for daylight savings have been eliminated - it's actually better for fuel usage to NOT change the clocks, because it spreads out travel times a little and dilutes the "rush hour" effect which makes driving very inefficient. In the modern era, Daylight Savings has only two major impacts on society 1) Economic productivity decreases massively for a few days, as people end up having to move their sleep schedules and end up coming to work tired. Meetings, especially international ones need to be rescheduled, and we see a general downturn in economic output for a few days while everyone gets used to the new timings. 2) The number of traffic accidents spikes for a few days, leading to a large increase in road deaths and injuries.

29:15 Yes the "apparatus" that Josh is referring to is a school gym kaleidoscope indoor climbing frame. Google it for pics. A lot of UK primary schools would have this bolted to the wall in the largest area of the school. Depending on the school this is usually also the lunch room (tables and chairs are laid out at lunch time and then stacked against a wall when not in use). This frame can be unlocked and be allowed to swing out from the wall and then have a hook which would fall into a small hole in the floor to lock it in place. Josh is correct in that it's not often used much. I guess because of all the injuries. The blue mats I have to disagree with a little. Yes you had a 'crash mate' which was about 1 foot thick of a foam and then the thinner mats which are gym mats and are roughly an inch thick. They're actually better than a hard floor especially when doing various exercise routines as that extra inch does make a difference. You'd be sitting on them upright or on your back and the comfort is just plain better. If you did one of those out of school hours activities which used them (like Judo), being slammed onto the mat is far better than being slammed into a hard floor. It's a crime that in high school they call physical education 'Games' on your timetable. And here I thought I was going to play some D&D or video games for a whole hour on school time

Green horses would teleport out of nowhere and kick me to death, endless green oozes, creepy bone wyrm looking things! And as I fled from all of these monsters, I entered a room No cutscene, but the room is full of myst, and at the top of my screen? A boss healthbar Level 40 zombies are strewn about this maze of an arena, and I can't find the boss through all the myst! I'm fuckin' terrified (not just from the creepy dungeon, but at the thought of losing progress) And then I see it, a shadow floating out of the myst. I never got a very good look at it, I still don't know it's name, but it scared the hell out of me, and then killed my last remaining party members with some lightning bolts Eugh, what a horrific area

Being very close to an active volcano on an alien planet is most likely quite sanitary. 1. The heat would kill most creatures. 2. If an alien parasite was there and adapted for life in constant vulcanism, would it still be compatible with Anakin's dry and sandy biology? (Are the human-like creatures in Star Wars actually humans or another type of aliens that appear really similar to modern humans?) I'm just going out on a limb here and saying that Anakin was in an extremely sanitary environment. It was unsafe and dirty, but quite unlikely to result in infection. Also applies to real life, if you get a cut while visiting Io, infection is very low down on your risk of problems. Being on Io seems like the biggest problem to focus on solving first.

The Daylight savings being for farmers is a myth. The real reason was to get as many people out of the house to reduce house heating during winter and thus reducing fuel costs. It was convicved before WW1 and was implimented by Germany during it when their fuel reserves ran low. It was effective and was later addopted by basically every other developed industrial nation at the time. It was all about saving coal, as if people got up earlier with the sun and left the house for work and school they would congrigate in places of work, meaning they would be heating those places instead of their homes. While it is less effective now days it does still produce some effect to reduce energy costs.

I don't want them to remove summer time, I just wish it was summer time all the time. Because when you go back to winter time, it means the sun comes up earlier, meaning it also goes down earlier. I'd much rather, in winter, still have sunlight at 17:00, but it's dark at 7:00, than the other way around. I don't want to ever be awake at 7:00, why would I care if there's light or not?

Daylight savings gives more sunlight in the afternoon. We trialed it in Australia and it got rejected. Its actually inner city people who work all day javing an extra hour in the evening of sunlight but its absolutely horrible if you jave kids who go to bed at a normal time ir if you are a morning person who gets up in the morning and doesnt want it to be unnaturally dark. Tldr; got rejected because its dumb
