Her mom did though. Some people are saying the brother saw on the alarm that the door was left open from about 2am until 5am. So some people think he walked out to the pool and she hid is body in fear of losing the daughter she had custody of. That wouldn't make sense why she said she has no memory of it though. I think the door was left open because she was doing something with him outside, if you know what I mean. So terrible.

I agree. Grandma Billy Jo freaked out when Diane the babysitter wanted to do something nice for Quinton by holding a candle light vigil. Diane the sitter made a video stating clearly that it was a vigil not a memorial. Grandma is transfering her guilt and anger on to the babysitter. The babysitter was working for next to nothing because she cared more about those kids than any of the family members did. Billy Jo had full custody and knew that her daughter couldn't be trusted with the kids. Now she is feeling guilty because she knows that she failed Quinton.

They are still building the case. They can't arrest someone and then build their case. That's not how it works. They have to have their evidence when they arrest her. They have to have the proof. The DA won't charge her without it. When they arrest her they have to have evidence ready to bring to the judge. If they don't charges will be dropped. She got the kids from CPS to give them back to their "mother". She didn't plan to keep them safe from her. She let her daughter move in with the kids. That's against the rules and CPS would've told her that. Where was she when the baby that was supposed to be in her care was being murdered? She should have charges too but she won't. This happens all the time. CPS takes the kids and the grandparents take custody so they can give the kids back. CPS doesn't realize it's happened. Then the kids end up abused or dead. The grandparents aren't charged. If the grandparents don't want them then they shouldn't take them. They don't want them but they don't want someone else having them either. They prioritize protecting their adult kid over the lives of their grandchildren. Grandparents will help make excuses and help their adult kids get their kids back when they shouldn't. She's got balls to holler "my baby". If he was her baby then why wasn't he with her? Why didn't she protect him? CPS had given her the power to protect him and she didn't do it. She left those babies with her daughter the day she was having her served with eviction papers. That grandmother needs to be charged. All these grandparents that do this mess would stop if they got charged too when something happens to the kids. They don't tho so they keep doing it.
