Raw video: Luigi Mangione pleads not guilty to state charges

Luigi Mangione pleaded not guilty Monday to New York state murder and terrorism charges. Mangione, a 26-year-old Baltimore County-native, Ivy-league graduate from a prominent Maryland family, is charged in connection with the ambush killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson on a busy city street on Dec. 4. Karen Friedman Agnifilo, one of Mangione's attorneys, argued in state trial court on Monday that Mangione is being portrayed as guilty before his trial even begins. She told the judge her client is being paraded around in handcuffs and chains by government officials in an effort to taint the jury pool.
