Are you guys hiring people that aren’t bodybuilders or influencers? For example, salespeople, marketing, communications, etc? You mentioned needing to expand the leadership team and hire more people, so got me thinking. Thanks! Nice episode

Another great one! I'd love for you guys to bring Seth on,..his F&F is where I'm at in my workouts. Since I've been following him his stuff is AMAZING. All about being the best version of yourself in all aspects. I feel like after C-Bum is done with his Reign atop the Olympia world he'd adopt a similar life style to where Seth is at in his world. I'm enjoying this ride with you guys👊

Love the self awareness chat bc soooo many people especially 20 and under aren’t nearly as self aware as they could be. Most of the kids are just out here lying to themselves and going crazy to literally be Chris bumstead or the next so and so without having any clue who they are

If you are talking about a weekend seminar with a more intimate setting, morning breakfast, interaction with all of you, meeting, work out, lunch, social activity for day one. Day two, breakfast with casual interaction, interactive meeting with diverse topics, work out, another social event then departure. I do not know how much you would charge for something like that, $400-$500, no clue. Would not include accommodations or travel or course, you could make recommendations for where to stay. You already have a great venue with the health club.

From someone who dedicates at least two hours of the day working out without the goal of becoming Mr. O or even obtaining a pro card, I can tell you that it isn’t pointless nor should you have to give it up. As a matter of fact, I feel way more productive and driven once I have completed my daily workout. That’s not to say it is more important than spending time with family and becoming wealthy to provide for them, I am just saying there are ways to balance all those things in life without compromising one or the other. This coming from a father, full time student, full time employee and bodybuilding enthusiast. Since you brought up the probability of becoming a pro bodybuilder and making a living out of it, let me ask you this, isn’t it about the same as opening up your own supplement company and becoming successful at it? Just some food for thought.

Question for next podcast :Why is using supplements preferred over getting the same thing from the food that we eat (asking because herd that long term supplement use is harmful to you) also what is your opinion and how long have you been using supplements
