Matthew was an amazing host! Loved how he just took the reigns and asked Charles some great questions. Loved Charles Griffen’s story too. Such a great speaker and great story teller. A truly inspirational story of is upcoming. I discovered him not too long ago and hearing his story just made me love him more than an athlete of bodybuilding, but a true motivator and inspiration!

Didn't know much about Charles other than he is a great bodybuilder until listening to this. I enjoy listening to guys tell their stories and how they got into bodybuilding. Its one of those things where everyone will be different and unique- you can't script it. You see the way that Charles handles himself now and you have no idea about his past. These stories spotlight the character of each individual and its exciting to learn about them.
