Excellent video. Very interesting to learn from someone that creates companies that are "built to sell".

Such an Amazing Video. Often Founders start a startup with an aim of acquisition but fail to strategically think about it. Not every Startup needs to be a unicorn!

I can't tell you how many companies I have worked with that don't have an exit strategy. Well done.

Thanks, it is worth at least thinking about an exit strategy

Raw Startup I agree. It may only be a small biz, but having an inkling of how you want to wrap it up can define your vision.

Fascinating video. Instagram took an amazing $1 billion exit with zero early VC money. Great point.

Thanks! Yes Instagram is a wild story.

Wow! Great issue! Had not given much thought to exiting fast if the opportunity came and how having a bunch of investor money could hinder that. Thanks for bringing this expert on!

Good video. Quite rare to find input on startups that are founded by purpose for an exit.
@RawStartup4 жыл бұрын
Thanks, yes very few founders do this, it is almost taboo to talk about exit when you raise money.

Hi Heini Your point about incorporating in Delaware, is interesting. I have seen a number of my angel investments compelled by large VCs to re-incorporate in Delaware and leave their Danish entities behind, but if you do this and you run a team outside of the US, will it not create a lot of tax complications that simple aren't worth the hassle?

Thanks for the question. Really hard to answer that question without knowing all the details. I will say the recommendation in this video is specifically when you want to do a fast Exit!
