Here's my take. Did he snitch? Kind of. But he also got a crazy bitch with a box cutter that was running through a children's playground taken off the streets. Would she have harmed a kid? I really don't know, but you can't assume she wouldn't have done something to a kid just because she didn't have a chance to do so.
