Most judges who know for sure someone will reoffend typically give them parole because they know they'll make more money out of them reoffending. Then they keep letting them to make more money and then when they're done using them they finally sentence them. Then make even MORE money. It's a twisted cycle.

I was in jail with both of these guys in East Baton Rouge Parish. I remember seeing them in the chow hall and I asked my homie about them. He said they’re kind of cool whenever they’re by themselves but if you catch them together be careful. I remember how comfortable they acted in jail… they were always smiling.
