I heard different and it isn't foreign. Many friends fought before they became best friends. A fight between them in the late 60s mean they were 12 13 14 yrs old. The unknown guy that did the shooting sounds very similar to the shooting that started the 83 Gangster vs Rollin 60 War, when Darrell Oats who was relatively unknown & had just been recruited on the hood for 83 just up & started dumpin' on Tyrone Big Rick's lil brother. Nobody knew him, nobody grew up with him & he didn't have a nickname, he just showed up one day & wound up killing somebody which resulted in a huge Gang War that took off because of it. The year was in 1979 too when this incident happened. It makes me wonder if the FBI COINTELPRO program was sending out Undercover operative agents with the specific task of murdering Gang members in Los Angeles in order to sow dissension.

well, the cointelpro program started in the 50s and ended in 1971, and was basically a program to secure the political stability of the country (communism, terrorism). The panthers were communists. That nobody knew that guy is not true, either. They don't want to claim him because he messed up but he was a regular gang member and did time for that shooting in the crip maggio. Maybe he is still alive today smoked out or drunk somewhere. That guy is no fucking agent. Cointelpro has nothing to do with gangs. Does the Police etc. pull foul tactics on gangs?
