This is partly true. I don’t think she was going to ever do it. Monica knows that Brandy is a better vocalist and to be in concert together would mean they would have to sing live, more than one song. It would just showcase the vocals for everyone. TBH the only song I knew of monica is the boy is mine and that was because of brandy. Until she made the song with dem franchise boyz. I know all of Bransys songs she has an amazung voice and personality! She was the it girl if the 90s and her voice is amazing!
