I don't think B & M realize that they are vitally strong together especially how they compliment and bounce off of each other. The fact they came from the same era bringing differences together in music then in their personal lives exploded into a cultivating phenomenon. I was a teen when they both came out. I've always enjoyed the both equally They were both gems. I remember some floating the "rivalries" around but I don't remember any other people my age who engaged in this "one is better than the other."
