it's a crime that artists like Ray aren't out in front making the millions. Such a talent

He plays for the love of music not the love of money. The music industry is a cruel mistress I'm sure.

Hehe. My friend, I’m happy to tell you he makes millions from streaming alone. Add live concerts to that. He’s set for life

It's a crime that life is not about the love of the game but rather the love of the dollar. I.E. I want to make trillions so I can sit around and do nothing. I get the feeling Ray is a lot more concerned with his music then his wallet.

Ray moves me in a way that no other singer can. His raspy voice and unique lyrics are just wonderful. My heart is smiling big.

We were driving through the country lanes of Kent, it must have been eleven years back now….in an old blue Volvo estate, with the scrapes and dents of its tumultuous life proudly displayed for all to see….when a close friend played this on the car stereo….and said: "Simon this is for you"……we both sang the lead together laughing about the irony of our lives. I've always remembered that. There's still hope for me yet! Trust me! x

If this song was a dragon, then he just slayed the Hell out of it, and invited us all over for a bbq dinner. The bassist at 3:26 knows what I mean. Be sure to watch to the very end and eat your dessert!

Would be cool if you had some brothers and sisters in your band. This song could use a little, “Gimme Shelter”, Merry Clayton, a female, soul companion but a bit relaxed. It needs a female vocal partner...
