The Herd with Colin Cowherd Not this year, but the in the near future, that's if they know how to beat FSU and Clemson. If I'm not mistaken they have the number one recruiting class this year, the future is bright for the football program under Mark Richt.

He went through the justice system got his punishing and completed it. let’s quit with the holy roller bs now.

He's right, You don't forget poor. I lived in a coal mine camp in Ky and we had grits and gravy every morning and beans, potatos and cornbread every night. We had a 4 room shack and an outhouse. People think I'm joking when I say I learned to read off the Sears/Roebuck catalogue. I made sure I had skills so I could fully support my family and I can say we never went hungry and always had a good roof over our heads. I've been a 'Cane fan since the 60s when they got their butts beat almost all the time.I remember watching George Mira and Ted Hendricks play

Back in the early 90's when I coached girls basketball at Miami Palmetto HS, Trent Jones, Ray Lewis, and most of the guys he mentioned came to PHS gym during my practice. Trent came to me and said coach....do you mind if we play basketball after you're done with practice. Little did I know, I would get my first viewing of Ray Lewis running up and down the court like a gazelle. People...watching those dudes play, was like watching a track meet. By the way, Trent Jones was a former Palmetto football player, so yeah I let them boys play as long as they like!

This really touched me.. truly did. This is an example of no matter what field or gym or any place you go, you NEVER know who is watching or looking. ALWAYS!! ALWAYS!! Give everything you have. Follow God and He will lead you to what’s best and to eternity with Him. I know Ray is a believer so he feels what I’m saying. But for those who aren’t, I believe and pray God will lead you to Him. But never give up. Always give it 100%. Always. God will make a way. Ray Lewis is proof of this.

that's why there's no greatest of all time in anything...time moves forward and with the case of sports players evolve. I didn't watch enough LT games cause I didn't grew up in that era. So Ray is the best for me: dependability, leader of men (in a very violent sport), inspiration, and always give the will to win he's the best...now as time moves forward and when I have grandkids then they may see another and call him the best

2nd best player at The U in 1995, Ray's junior year, Derrick Harris ,a RB, was the only Hurricane drafted in 1996 in the 6th round. In 1997 Yatil Green, WR, was a 1st rounder. So safe to say Green was the 2nd best player on the 95 Hurricanes.
