@@Alexb.92 eventually, she has to have a lawyer advocate for her and the therapist would have to sign off that her state of mind is clear enough that she is no longer a danger to herself or those around her. This is how it's done IRL and that's what Kit, the PD, and the Therapist made it sound like this is how this situation would be handled.
