Ray Tracers, PS1 Racing Game

For the longest time, I had memories of this game in the back of my mind for playing it at a friend's house YEARS ago, but could never remember the title. It took viewing the latest episode of Game Center CX, seeing the challenge on Taito Chase HQ and finding out about other titles in the same franchise, seeing this on on the PSX was related, for me to recognise it as that one game I loved so much and which I could never remember up until now.

1:31 that's the same SNES-like controller we saw in Dakar '97. Other than that it's basically Tokyo Highway Battle on steroids.
