Nightwish Army Canadian Shield division reporting for duty. I stood 5 feet away from Floor when she performed this song in 2022 and she melted my face off. One of the best live performances I have ever seen and I am old and have seen a lot of concerts.

Happy Birthday to Marko. 🎂 The title was inspired by the Stephen King book, "Wolves of Calla". The song itself is telling you to go out and live your life the best you can, make the most out of it, as the 'wolves' are only 7 days behind you. Anette era, from the Dark Passion Play album, Marko co wrote the music with Tuomas on this song. Troy is playin an Irish Bouzouki, a relative of the Mandola. 4 course, 8 strings in 4 pairs.

My no 3 NW song and there is something special about Wembley with Nightwish for me anyway. This is one of Floor's personal favourites, hence still being on the setlist in the 2022 tour. Troy on Irish Bazouki. Wembley is my no 2 concert after Buenos Aires 2018.

Happy New Year! And good news! From October to December, Diana Ankudinova took part in the show Avatar. This show is similar to the show The Masked Singer, but instead of costumes, the artists are covered in sensors and are in a room behind the stage and control digital avatars. Diana performed in the avatar of the Firebird and WON, no one recognized Diana for 9 episodes. The culmination of the performance was the Firebird's performance to the song by Yma Sumac - Taki Rari, where Diana demonstrated fantastic vocals and record-breaking high notes (dramatic contralto and G#6🤯). Greetings from Arkansas USA. There is no way to adequately describe Nightwish. They are a force with no measure. The most thought provoking and some of the most fun music I've heard in my 73 years. Found them about 7 years ago and I'm thankful everyday.

It's about time you got to this one! I LOVE this song. How many keyboardist do you know can windmill while playing without missing a note? What you said about a guitar singing...so on point. I keep telling reactors that they need to do this one! Emppu (guitar) and Floor have this kind of big-sister-little-brother teasing relationship. There's a video on youtube (only camera phone quality, unfottunately) of a concert where he goes to play some prank on her behind her back, but she spots him and chases him like the big bad monster, and he runs and hides behind Troy (mandolin). You often see Emppu and Troy "conspiring" in their corner...

During the Wacken 2013 concert, I don't remember exactly when though, there's a moment where Emppu walks behind Floor and he either unplugs her in-ear monitors or turns the volume all the way down as a practical joke. Something Floor then has to fix in a hurry while relying on the on-stage monitors for a moment.

@@RudyBleeker He unplugged her IIRC: she did an elegant dance-job of putting her hands behind her to plug it back in without breaking step. Just before he does it, you can see him "conspiring" with Troy. A few minutes after he does it, he walks back across the stage behind Floor and she turns round and makes "scary monster" hands at him, like "not this time, little man". The video I mentioned was, I think, on a lter tour, but not long afterwards.

One of the more heavy pieces off of DPP, my favourite along with Master Passion Greed, both of these are just awesome. Also, there's an acoustic version of How's the heart? on YT, with Floor singing and Troy on guitar/backup vocals, which i think showcases their talents very well, might want to check that out!
