I use to journal all the time... and it wasn't about anything really just whatever was on my mind. I felt like as I was writing what was in my head and then as I was writing it I could feel the weight lifted off my shoulders and eventually my body until I had nothing to write. I never re-read them, or cared if it made sense... I just wrote.. It did really help.

Great tips, especially for right now going into back to school (whatever that looks like for each country etc with Covid). I've actually been an avid doTERRA Essential Oils User since 2018, and the more I'm learning the more I use them and incorporate them into my everyday. I've recently been loving my Adaptiv Oil, which when put into a diffuser I find the calm is instant especially when your taking those deep breaths in like you were saying. It also comes in capsule form (like a multi vitamin) and I find that when I'm feeling anxiety, or stress, maybe a little too reactive for nothing they help. I also love using Frankincense, I know that a lot of ancient religions used this oil in their spiritual rituals etc, but it is a very calming oil for me. When I use it in my diffuser it does remind me of a church smell but for some reason that brings me calm lol! Lavender is obviously another great one that is known for its calming and soothing effects. Topically adding essential oils like lavender/Adaptiv to the back of my neck behind my ears and on the bottoms of my feet really help it absorb into my body and do its thing. Another two great oils to reduce stress and relax is Balance & Serenity!!! AMAZING!!!! Great Video Girl, I hope you are all keeping well in your end of the world. Here in ALL of Ontario we have 90 active cases of Covid, so our numbers are still low which is amazing! Wish you All Well Christina Hamilton, Ontario Canada

I loved this Raya :) So many good tips. I actually drink Natural vitality Calm every single night. I have the unflavoured one :) The first time I tried it, it was crazy how well rested I felt in the morning. I couldn't believe it! Even sometimes if I had too much caffeine (in chocolate form:P) and my heart is beating super fast, I drink it and it slows down my heart beat back to normal and calms me down. I agree, plants are so wonderful to have at home. I think sometimes I am hard on myself even on the method I use to calm myself down and relax. For example, if I want to try something more "wholesome" like the things you showed in this video, but sometimes it's just easier to watch my favourite show or watch a movie. And I allow myself to do it in those moments because otherwise I feel the anxiety rising even more. Sending hugs!

I’m so glad you use and love it! Wow that’s so incredible that you feel the effects so quickly. Also I totally do that too, sometimes all I want is to get into bed and watch a tv show (and so that’s exactly what I do). I think we have to be gentle with ourselves and not have to be perfectly ‘wholesome’ all the time ❤️
