Rayleigh def know something: 1) he was the one who suggested the 2 year time skip. Why 2 specifically? Couod it be so that the strawhats dont end up being early as well. 2) Rayleigh is 'waiting' in sabaody archepalago which is a checkpoint for pirates so he can meet "joyboy" when he comes, and is pretty close to Mariejois which is probably where everything ends. Similar to how Crocus is near reverse maintain though I think that's more of a happy accident. Ih and bountys probs 3.3 billion (for his 33rd position in top 100)

Rayleigh in his prime as the right hand of the pirate king would be at least somewhere in the 3 billions. His captain was in the 5 billions think about it. His strength rivals a yonko's, but he's not a big a threat to the world government so his bounty would be lower than 4 billion in the 3's.

Rayleigh's bounty is probably on par with Roger's bounty before his death. Considering the entire Roger pirates crew were disbanded before Roger gave himself up to the Navy I wouldn't be surprised if the navy upped each of their bounties to try to complete the capture of the whole crew. Given Rayleigh's status as Roger's right hand man (more or less) and probably being the most dangerous pirate out there at the moment since he was a part of the Roger Pirates, knows about the One Piece, and has trained Luffy, I could see them giving him a bounty in a similar price range as Roger's.

Dear Liam, thank you for your videos. I appreciate the work and dedication you put into it. One issue caught my eye with regard to "knowing more". Have you ever noticed the structure of Red Port and compared it to Dressrosa, which is the world in a nutshell basically? Doflamingo, a Celestial Dragon, rules over oblivious citizens from atop, lets them forget about crucial things in their lives, and operates a secret harbor based on slavery. Then, at Red Port, the elevators are operated by slaves, the Celestial Dragons rule on top, and so on and so forth. However, there is, blatantly visible, a door in the Red Line instead of a secret entrance to a harbor. What is inside, then? What if this door is the real entrance to the One Piece or Laugh Tale because the Red Line itself is hollow? I've never bought into the idea that an Ancient Weapon can actually change the world - in all seriousness, what kind of battleship would you need, how big does it have to be, how structural deficient, then, to be able to terrorize the world? So what if you need the battleship to open up a path (i.e. the door at Red Port), which otherwise could not be opened (giant gate), and you needed another (Sea Kings) one to navigate through the dangers awaiting inside the Red Line? I've briefed through a couple of chapters in order to connect some dots, get some evidence to support it, and if you're interested, I could try to send you a draft, giving clear reference for what I have only touched upon now. Maybe it's just me but I see Reyleigh's bounty being close to 3B. He's got alot going for him that the WG would fear. He's incredibly powerful, a master of haki, an excellent teacher of said haki, he was the right hand of Roger, he was present on God Valley. And probably most importantly he knows the true history of the world. That alone should make him one of the most wanted people in the world. Course the WG doesn't seem to properly address their fears about that with how low they have valued Robin's bounty. Considering it's the most well kept secret in the world and they're willing to kill any who even try to ask what happened 800 years ago then anyone who actually knows for sure should be on top of their list.

I just realized that if Ace, Luffy, and Sabo became marines like Garp wanted they could have become the most ultimate Marine Admirals in history! And with the way luffy is currently fighting in the manga those three could have ended the age of Pirates.

yes they would of been the 3 admirals. with luffy becoming fleet admiral. but that would be such a bad story only becuase that means the celestial dragons win against the pirates. honestly maybe after one piece ends we get a spin off series of a following a marine, like coby. going through the ranks and such. after luffy is king of pirate and such. would be really fun if done right. and we could root for the marines more so, if the celestilas are all dead/in prison and imu is defeated etc.

The scene partway through Sabaody where a marine tells Garp that Rayleigh is on Sabaody, which Garp replies "I'll take care of it. Don't tell ANYONE. Including Sengoku!" is a MASSIVE piece of evidence to show that Garp and Rayleigh have some kind of private understanding, and Garp was steering the Navy away from dealing with Rayleigh.
