Well my friend, my son didn't want the same old fried egg sandwich I always make, so I looked up gourmet egg sandwiches on KZbin. You came up and I watched your vid. I replicated it and served it up to him. He hemmed and hawwed for 10 seconds, my pulse going fast and he absolutely loved it with 2 thumbs up. Made one for him and me. Dude this is amazing. I think you're my spirit animal as far as Fried egg sandwich goes.I'd like to leave it on one side or the bottom gets really brown and crusty. Flip it over for about 10 seconds and then flip it back over. I do mine with a little bit of salt and a lot of black pepper. Great job.

OMG😋......I just made this and no lie its bomb i used a red bell pepper and green pepper seasoning i got from Ross, and garlic powder and pink Himalayan salt, and parsley flakes in my butter, and placed my bread in it until it was grilled nice and brown/crispy, and topped with mozzarella cheese than i placed my fried eggs on top my family loved it Thank You!!!!! for the idea Ray😁 I love watching you.

I cook the eggs on a medium/low heat and cover with a lid. When the top of the eggs begin to solidify I add the cheese to the eggs. I also add a layer of bacon to my sammich.

The incredible edible egg. Man, so simple but so good. Add whatever you want... meat (bacon, sausage, ham), hot sauce (mild to hot), on whatever bread you got (white bread, english muffin, croissant...), and no matter what, black pepper always seems to be a great seasoning to add any time. In the beginning I couldn't understand why you would purposely break the yolk. I never did and was always so careful not to, but I can see why now. You get more of the yolk through the whole sandwich, I like that. I can't find that seasoning in ny area, so I'll use my go to Lawrys seasoning with the black pepper. I may use my Tony's original to give it a little pepper zip. I'll be making this in a few minutes for my 9pm snack. Like always, thanks for all your videos. Makes me a better cook, and I sure like feeding my face.

I’ve been making fried egg sandwiches for about 20 yrs my kids love my version very similar but a lil different! After you bust the yolk and flip…split the eggs in 2! lay a slice of Kraft deluxe cheese on top of one & stack the eggs … I toast my bread and put mayo and ketchup on the bread not a lot you could add bacon if you want but the fried egg and cheese Is fire all by itself

I'm literally going to use this recipe after I finish my workout. Fried egg sandwiches have to be the most underrated, potentially, healthy, AND MOST complete meal of all time. It's the GOAT as far as I'm concerned growing up as a cheap affordable, healthy, wonderful thing even a CHILD can make. Every kid should know how to make this man, and I showed my kids how to make these when they were about 11, 12 or so. All I would suggest is that you use high-quality Irish butter, or use olive oil or avocado oil to fry them. Thank you for sharing my brother.
