rayman 1 2 and 3 were great games but now rayman is forgotten because of raving rabbits, they showed they didnt even need rayman in it anymore and just completely dropped him. Poor rayman, i hope he doesnt get forgotten like other great titles like MediEvil

I loved the ps1 version of the final boss. The firsr part is the same as the other versions, but you fight the 2nd half on a rocket down an endless tunnel of lava. Beats the 2nd half of the other versions where it was just in a crappy room.

I got to the final boss level when I was around 6 but couldn't get past it. at 8 I was ready to do it again but lost all the game progress and couldn't be bothered going through all the levels again. I bet that I would be able to complete it now...

@oggethealmighty As for Andre there is a game for the GBA called "revenge of the hoodlums" which is a sequel to Rayman 3. Not sure about Rayman 2 though...I remember seeing Razorbeard somewhere in Rayman 3(esater egg that is) not sure if just a random easter egg.

rayman is an awsome game´! when i was like 6 i played rayman 3 at my friend. i thinked it was so fun that i was going to buy i but they where out sold in the store so i bougth rayman revolution / 2 . This game has an EPIC story . In the end of this game razorbeard escapes . If they do a new rayman game THEY HAVE TO bring him back. the other old characthers to like Ly Globox Uglete Clark And all these other awsome charathters. (sorry bad speling)

The second phase of this battle was INTENSE... well, at leat in the Dreamcast version, i don't know about the other versions, i think they're a bit different.

If by second phase you mean Rayman (on a flying missile) and Razorbeard (in Grolgoth suspended between two metal poles) fighting in a lava pit, then probably yes. According to the wiki, only the PS1 version has alternate version of final battle second phase.

@Joost052001 nope. Rayman Revolution indeed is a remake, but Rayman DS and Rayman 3D are ports. There are much more ports like on the iphone, N64, Dreamcast, ect
