Rays flesh out plans to play the 2025 season from Steinbrenner Field

The Rays have begun figuring out the logistics of playing their 2025 regular-season home games from the New York Yankees Steinbrenner Field facility. These discussions include the team's ability to operate the stadium's locker rooms and team stores, cover Yankee team logos, and employ food and beverage vendors within the stadium.

Well maybe the county should also meet with CSX and start commuter service on the Clearwater Division. That is the only way to keep the team in St Pete!

They will not stay in Tropicana Field long term... it's an outdated stadium... i agree that spending 58 million to then tear it down 3 years later is a waste.. but they will need a new stadium wherever that ends up being..... and for the love of God, not at the same location.... what genius decided that was a good idea?

The Rays need to stay in St Pete. Tampa already has the Rays and Bucs. I know the traffic is bad but that’s the County’s problem. They have failed it’s citizens on being too car dependent.
