Minor potential improvement: don’t use coal to smelt the glass, use *blocks of coal* to do it. You can now get those infinitely automatically too.

I'd honestly see a way of adding renewable sand into fletching. Like, crafting arrows in the fletching table, but the dust from the reshapen flint is gonna fill a slot like the Composter does. Creating more arrows means creating more sand. It gives reason to craft arrows instead of using a skelly farm, it gives reason to enchant arrows more often and another function could be crafting bows, which will also fill the dust for sand. Honestly, this could be implemented within the next update. Fixes 3 issues at once.

I knew it! I remember commenting somewhere once that beacons can now be farmed. The replies told me it was impossible because it would be very manual even with the crafter, but here it is! Literally what I described! Hahaha, they thought soul sand couldn't be farmed. They completely forgot about piglin bartering drops

My preferred wither skeleton spawning method is finding two adjacent crossroads and building up platforms on both, placing wolves on outer corners to force them into range for the piglins. More real estate without sacrificing the center

@@ketchup901 I agree if your trying to be specific with the definitions, however the farm does still get you the ingredients to make a beacon. There was no way to automate auto crafting back then so the only way you were able to do that was auto crafting via player.

It's just fun to make them. I built a slime farm and within five minutes had more slimeballs than I could ever possibly need in a single player world. It would have been easier to just kill the slimes but this was a lot more fun.

Next challenge: Make it produce shulker boxes, each containing a beacon, enough gold blocks to build the beacon base, and a stack of gold ingots to fuel it. You'll need to add a shulker farm, a nether tree farm and a fancy shulker loader to the existing setup. Seems simple enough! 😄

While this is a great proof of concept, in survival it's very luck based/rare to be able to have such an ideal world where the world spawn point(where items from the end will appear), the portal, the nether fortress with the nether wastes biome(for zombified piglin), the bedrock formation to kill the wither. All of these variables have to be perfectly accounted for to make this farm a possibility, a rather very rare chance.

@@RaysWorks i think the bedrock pattern is the same no matter what minecraft world you're in, right? there was a story about people finding a secret base in 2b2t because someone had screenshotted a small portion of the bedrock in the area, and all of the bedrock in every world is the same, so they just generated a world and found the coords

You can use a chunk loader for the wither skull farm, and a wither cage-based obsidian farm (which are easy to get a wither into because you have basically infinite chances) to make it only barely need human action.

This gave me an idea, Enderman can pick up most blocks, but what I'd like some zombies, enderm can pick up items, and if that item is a block, they can place it. It's techniques possible for things to be automatically built with this method, you can even go as far as buckeye of lava or water being placed with that.

I mean yea but it honestly isn't THAT rare, a large amount of the nether is lava, nether waste is the most common biome, and that bedrock formation can be anywhere close enough to be loaded in while you're afk, so it may take a handful of fortresses to find one suitable but it's not completely unreasonable

lava lake is optional, nether fortress is also optional since you can use nether bricks, there are ways to break bedrock, nether wastes is the most common biome in the nether

19:46 how did you break this one bedrock from BELOW? I know the general setup for breaking bedrock on the nether roof using pistons, obsidian, tnt, trapdoors and a lever. But how do you break a bedrock from the bottom? Surely you couldn't have broken it from the top, because there are the the end portal blocks.
