The passport issue is not just a problem of esports but ALL other sports in Pakistan besides Cricket and Hockey. My relative was a gold medalist squash player but because he was from Baluchistan people did not recognize his efforts and at the airport only his family and friends greeted him. Only former sports minister of Baluchistan General Musa recognized his efforts. Of course his visa later would mostly get rejected for very trivial reasons when the reality was that the countries knew how good he was and could beat the best. The Pakistan Squash Association were idiots too as they would not support him properly in Visa process and often misplace the tournament invitations. In the end, I know how Arsalan is feeling but I feel he will not face the same fate as my relative Humayun Khan, since he has Awsemo to voice his concerns.
