Razer Cobra Pro Review (WHY?)

All these negative reviews have convinced me to buy it. I loathe ultra light weight mice and almost everything in the market right now is going that route. I have the viper and it feels so cheap . Always wanted a shorter and taller shape of that mouse. This mouse looks like itll fit me great, I know I can't be the only one. but I do get the frustration others have mentioned. However every "negative" being mentioned, sounds like a positive to me. Guess I'll find out next week if I regret this purchase . Thx for the in depth review man.

Sup Ryse. Yea the price alone is a turn off for me. I've changed and upgraded a lot of PC gaming gear over my years of gaming, and what I've learned... Every single time I've upgraded a single piece of hardware or gaming Peripheral, I've never been able to justify the upgrade and price to make my gear seem better than what I was already using. Personally, and nothing against China per say, because we both know there are some good producers of gaming Peripherals that come out of China, but I see Razer doing the shit they are doing to the gaming community on purpose. They have they mind set that us stupid Americans will buy anything with the Razer name in it. The Deathadder was probably the #1 mouse that built there company. After that you had the Viper, viper ultimate, and the viper mini. After that everything has been garbage. I will stick to Pulsar, Xtrfy, Vaxee, and now Vancer with the release of the Pro Castor. End of tha day, Logitech and Razer need to get off their high horse and start listening to what the community actually wants in a mouse and not what they think the stupid people will buy. I mean it's good business to make a shit mouse because no brainers are gonna buy it. Just because it says Razer or Logitech. Great points Ryse. Cheers.

Exactly! The two largest companies, logi and razer continue to disappoint:/ oh well we have many more companies that make way better mice for cheaper so here’s to that!

Solid comment but let me mention the Lamzu Thorn I am using - OML...... Just, OML...... EVERYTHING about this, even the box and unboxing, EMBARRESES Razer/Steelseries/Logitech and DEFINITELY ZOWIE LOL

​@@fwabblefrom what I've seen of the thorn, you are right. Lamzu has always payed attention for the most part, to presentation and durability. If the Thorn wasn't Ergo I would go for it. But my hands dislike Ergo.

I have the original Viper Ultimate and love it … but the switches are wearing out. I bought the new Viper Pro 2 today and absolutely hate it and will be returning it. I don’t like the texture coating they put on it and I don’t like the new size it is. It is larger. Unfortunately they don’t make the Viper Ultimate anymore so my search continues. I might try the Cobra as I think it is close to the old Viper Ultimate but I need to do further research. Thanks for your review!
