I bought the Razer Viper 8k gaming mouse, after about 2 months of use it developed a problem where the curser would shake slightly, this was very annoying. After contacting Razer they offered me a replacement but I didn’t want the viper anymore, so they offered me the new Death Adder V3 at a discounted cost. I’ve had this mouse now for 9 weeks and so far I’m very pleased with it.

Just returned mine unfortunately..I palm grip and have decent sized hands so I thought this would be perfect. Ended up feeling kind of clunky and my flicks were way off coming from a super light (I play Apex and Tarkov). I loved it but just did not play well with it, not sure if it’s because it’s tall or if the slope on the right side didn’t agree with my grip or the non symmetrical shape is just not for me. Personally, I hated the M1 and M2 clicks. Side buttons I thought were the best of any mouse i’ve ever tried. Picked up a lamzu atlantis and I absolutely love it. Still would recommend the DAV3 though, just not for me.

150$ - but does it game for me? Mouse is a lot about your hands. If it fits your hand and style, "it just works". 50$ or 150$ doesn't matter at all.

Interesting review. I'm happy with the Deathadder v2 Pro that I picked up for 49.99 about 6 mos ago though the white would look cool with my white Reddragon k550 keyboard.

Their software is good, I find software really important with peripherials tbh, them and Corsair always do the best software for mice

I paid £59 for my Deathadder. I paid £35 for Deathadder Pro V2 (because it was a "Destiny" version). This mouse is way too expensive. Wireless is a no-no too.

the dock is kind of a joke. I have the naga pro wireless and it doesn't always charge you need to jiggle it on there for connection to start and sometimes it doesn't give you feedback its charging. plenty of times i set it on charger and the lights blinked like it was charging.. come back next day and its 20% charged. Wireless charging would have been better. I ended up putting the USB adapter on the bottom usb out on my monitor so it always has a clear elevated sight to the mouse and then often ill just plug the cord in to charge it.

OK the polling rate and the DPI make the cost of this mouse make more sense. For the money though you’d want the 4000hz dongle thrown in.

I had the first and loved it. Then i got that Corsair mouse that was in the intro. That mouse is the worst mouse ever created. Left click doesnt register sometimes now, 1/3 of the clicks dont register. Middle mouse button stipped working within a year. It doesnt power on somtimes and I have to unplug and plug back in to power it on. My friend with the same mouse had the same exact issues. Now i have this mouse and its the best mouse ive ever used

I still have the last version of this, worked well for me. Just noticed one of the buttons lately is sticking. likely as I abuse my mice a lot when gaming. iver a bit of a temper

Great review. I use trackballs now myself but I do have young relatives, so thank you for highlighting the left-handed issue and the size of the mouse. Maybe I missed it but I think you didn't mention that the warranty is only for 2 years. That's shamefully short for a premium product.

You have to use Razer Synapse if you want to see a percentage.

My last mouse was a razer deathadder elite but it developed a double clicking issue so I got myself a cooler master mm731 for 30 euros. It has pixart 3370 sensor, it is very light, wireless and has optical switches so it hopefully will last longer. I am glad I didn't spend more on a mouse.

got mx3(not for mac, lol)cuz mouse without fastscroll feature is not a mouse for me anymore(logitech trapped me in a castle, help, ahah) well, compairing with a more than ten years old v550 that thing eats battery like a nuts, bruh, thankfully for magnetic wheеl i suppose(also i tryed to resolder a broken button on v550 from the cheapest genius mouse, and it worked some time, yeah) about software, idk, i'm not using more than two buttons, but the battery remainin life indicator can be useful in a tray or somewhere.

That's not a quality concern for the manufacturer. They'd likely deal with that issue by referring you to a shrink.

As a big deathadder fan, this looks like a great mouse, but if I was to be cynical... This trend of stripping out features, RGB etc... to chase a lower weight and then charging an enormous premium is silly. We are literally paying more for less now which a complete reversal from how it used to be. I refuse to get sucked in.

Is it better to plug in ur bluetooth dongle into the adapter or straight into ur PC?

There's no Bluetooth here. If you mean its receiver, it doesn't matter, as long as you can ensure a good reception. I put the receiver on the adapter so I cN place it right in front of my mousepad for 100% error-free reception
