If it's been running hot before plugging it in, the fan will stay on for a while when charging. When using the device normally, the fan is more aggressive than many of my other devices, though.

Does anybody know if you can run ps2 games off the SD card? I herd it can’t run roms off the sd card

The problem that this device had when it originally came out was that it didn't have exfat support for the microsd card - so you forced to use fat32 on the microsd card and were capped at 4GB per file ... and some game isos were bigger than 4GB and could not be stored on the card. They corrected that with an OTA update and you can now use microsd cards formatted exfat - which allows for files larger than 4GB.
