Well. The Jack is flat because when you do mobile gaming. It is better to not have something stick ing out of the headphone jack and therefore forcing you to put you hand at an odd position. But really thats my experience. It's debatable

Bought 2 pairs of the v1, good sound both of its 3.5mm jack broke after a few months. Bought 2 v2's both of its jack's broke too from the inside. Its incredibly fragile for the price. Thinking of buying another v2 cause i just love the sound quality. Hope the v3 will improve.

I used it almost everyday for more than a year, it is pretty much fucked up after all those abuse but the material they used for the wire insulator/cover somehow "melts" overtime.

For the way i use my headphones, the angled jack would actually be a plus for me. I've been running the V1s for a few years and the round cable has kicked it near the jack from twisting, so i'm going to be rather interested in how the flat cableworks out.

If you want a good mic i'd say invest in a turtle beach buttle buds pair they are like 20 bucks or a mad catz ES-PRO1. excellent removable mics for casual and gaming experiences

On first view they look amazing and I had much fun using theses but after just half a year they broke. First contact was shitty sometimes it worked sometimes not then was the volume quiet although I volume on max. After this I turned the thing you stuck in your phone and it wokred again. They got really nice and they look nice but they got an shitty durability.
