Interesting. Watching with my Hammerheads, there's definitely a difference between the two modes. I do believe that KZbin has a system that compensates for Bluetooth lag though, since I never have a problem watching videos.

These tests only make sense with BT Devices due to what they drive and specially the codec used by the receiver and transmitter, 99% of the times if you do this test with a headset/headphones that use a usb receiver (2.4ghz band), those will hit near 0ms latency on this video. BT on the other hand like I mentioned depends on both ends, my Sony WH-1000XM3 transmitting it through aptX HD hit around 25-70ms

I just tried Razer Hammerhead's gaming mode and WOW! Without Gaming Mode, I achieved ~250ms. With Gaming Mode, ~70ms! 70! Almost cant feel delay! Good job RAZER!

I'm testing Edifier's W100t, and in fact the gaming mode makes a good difference, it normally has a latency of around 50ms and with the gaming mode on this latency drops to 1ms

Whaaat, how!? I'm listening with my Galaxy buds pro on my PC and getting like 400ms latency! And this is with a new Bluetooth 5.2 PCIe card! Edit: So part of the problem was some sound enhancements. But even with it off it's still like 250ms, which is unacceptable.

I'm using others TWS.. so far I play this test still on point... Latency around 20-30ms... Sometimes I didn't notice the latency... I like Hammerhead TWS... I want to buy it... But the battery performance so bad... I wish the battery can sustain 7-8 hour for in 50% volume single charge.. if request ANC maybe over the limit, at least include aptx...

Tested my 3 earbuds with this video playing at 0.25 speed. Razer hammerhead true wireless normal mode: around 30 ms audio delay. Gaming mode almost no latency. Galaxy buds live: around 50ms delay Galaxy buds+ : about 100ms delay.

KZbin is super weird. I downloaded this video and threw it into Kdenlive to see if there was any delay and it turns out there was ~5 frames of delay in the video. KZbin is definitely up to something funky.

KZbin on Android device has auto latency correction. Test your Bluetooth head/earphones on PC web browser. Or play 0.25 speed on Android device. It remove latency correction.

Im using my skullcandy indys (mint colored cause im cultured) and there's no latency that I can notice. I've used them with my computer as well with Dolby access surround for playing apex when I was wanting to wear something a bit more comfy for a bit) and they worked pretty good. I could still tell where people where accurately without delay. The hammerhead still seems like a cool product though and I do notice with other bluetooth items the 0 latency doesnt always last. I do have to reconnect them every once in a blue moon.
