Razer Viper Mini Review - Still Worth it in 2023?

Let me tell you this. I've had the mini for a year, when it came out. I've bought it very cheap, as many of you. Later on, the prices are increased, I thought I don't like it and sold it for a tad bit cheaper than I've bought it for. I've tried AN INSANE AMOUNT OF mices since then, like.... Superlight (better late than never), Lamzu Atlantis, Pulsar X2, DAV3 Pro / DAV3 wired, ASUS ROG Harpe ACE, VAXEE XE and so on... Obviously, I've tried a lot of mices before. My first mouse was a Razer diamondback back then. (I've started with cs 1.0). I'm currently immo 3 / Radiant in Valorant. There was a huge discount in one of the stores in my country a couple of months ago, where I was able to buy the viper mini AGAIN for 25 euros (about 28$). I realized after such a long time ago, that the viper mini gave me an insane about of performance. I have big hands (21x11cms) and whenever I was playing with a big mouse, my performance was way worse. I just don't like them. But when I've bought the mini, I've started to buy other mini mices like the Lamzu Atlantis mini and such. My aim became SO GOOD and my performance is skyrocketing. I always remembered, that I was performing way better with the viper mini back then, but I just thought, my performance dropped for other reasons... Well, I was wrong, it was the big mices. What I've learned: I aim with my wrist, obviously I play with arm as well for huge flicks, etc etc ( 0.4 sens on 800 dpi in Val).. But the big mices blocked the movements for me. The big top of the shell of the big mices always got into my palm and it always bothered me (As I've tested this a lot in the recent months ). Many pros use dfferent grip styles, but if you are mainly using palm-ish grip, yeah you need a big mouse, but if your grip is like a pincered claw grip / claw grip / fingertip grip, go for a small mouse. I sometimes try fingertip grip and see great results, mainly I use a pincered claw grip though. I feel like I could do more on a fingertip grip though, I just need practice it. I can never go back again to a big mouse anymore with my big hands. Now I have a lot of mini mices only though, but I truly and only main the Lamzu Atlantis Mini and the Viper Mini at the moment. I know that many pros use the FinalMouse Starlights edition mices, like Scream from Karmine Corp in Valorant (He is ex cs:go professional and one of my favorite players). He used to main big mices as well, then switched to smaller mices. He is using fingertip grip on the FinalMouse Starlight 12 now. Conclusion: Yes, the Viper Mini is still worth it GREATLY in 2023. I love the light (ultra spammable) clicks on it. Not many mouse has those clicks. Like the Lamzu Atlantis Mini has stiffer clicks and honestly i don't like that, but I love the shape of it though. That's why I main both really. Small mices to my big hands are literally aimbot! (Google Razer Viper Mini Valorant gives Aimbot on KZbin)

im not even really looking for a budget mouse but the viper mini just seemed to fit everything i was looking for. do you think it would be a good choice if the shape and size better suits me even if its technically a spec downgrade from something like a g pro x superlight?

I disliked (not hate) the Viper Mini because of it's size and the sensor. I have about a 18cm x 10cm size hands which in theory should fit me but for some reason I couldn't get used to the mouse. The sensor was utterly disappointing to me because Razer claimed that they fixed the LOD issue but they did not. The latter may be an opinion but I think a lot of people would agree that LOD is a bit of an issue. Me personally, shape is great for those who have smaller hands, maining a claw grip or a fingertip. Palm grip, in my opinion, is hugely discouraged but its possible. Overall, it is a good buy for those gamers who are starting out.

They cleverly dumped and clear all their stocks and discontinued this product. I purchased it with heaby discount last year diwali sale i.e September 2022 And now in June 2023 my scroll click button is not working When I contacted Acro RMA (They're handling all warranty stuff for india) They said product is discontinued No support would be provided although mouse is banger for the price I mean its weight and optical swtiches But keep in mind no support would be there if there is any issue.
