I really miss Federer's style of game. His net game is just superb. Look at the volleys of the likes of Zverev and Medvedev or the other Top 10 players, they are atrocious in comparison. You can see that these new guys did not grow up playing the net, there is an inherent sense of insecurity whenever they play a more difficult volley. It is a shame.

Federer had a better forehand when he played with the 90 inch racket. His backhand was better with the 97 inch racket. As time went on and players hit more and more topspin the ball became a harder target. When that happened the 97 inch racket helped, but he did lose some accuracy.

Djokovic did improve but his rivals also got older or got injured, the only thing i see that really change from early 2010 djokovic is his forehand, he added the slice forehand it literally is the most annoying shot in his kit as of now for me, opponent hit great shot djokovic slide to forehand corner with a slice often giving it air so he has time to recover, if they tried to approach they will get pass cus most players sucks at net these day, if they stay back then djokovic regain balance and time and the point is neutral again.
