I printed and built a few of those last winter. Very nice model.

Yeah all of his models are sick....only issue I have is needing to downsize those connector pins a bit to fit

This was a lot of fun to watch. I love it. It's cool because you put it together.

Hoi hoi! Nice pick up! Good build and paint job. I don’t have a 3D printer but i wish i did now. Have you got a landing pad for it or do you need to build another one?

been trying to figure out what way to proper orientate each file cause it says i dont need supports but i dont know how or if i should rotate in a different way. any help would be awesome
@RadtoyzGalaxy Жыл бұрын
when mine printed they were set up in the right orientation to start withnose of the ship facing up...taIL facing up....left the webbing in, its a long print on an ender 3 even.....basically anything your going to see, shouldnt be the bottom is that what you mean.....you may want to shrink those pins quite a bit, I had to shave them down ....should be 5 big parts and a bunch of components...doors landing gear etc

@@RadtoyzGalaxy so basically even though the creators pdf file says they should print everything as is, the main body and all the big stuff should be pointing up? would orientate addon for ultimaker work too?
@RadtoyzGalaxy Жыл бұрын
@@gregsouchyeah pointing up worked best I thought...but I had an engineer buddy help me with it ... oh Idk ive never looked into that add on ...I imagine it would help.....def print with supports....the big parts took 3 days on an ender 3,,,,but part of that was maintaining the quality with no lines....it made a huge dif in the end

@@RadtoyzGalaxy oh so i should use supports for this? sorry if im asking a lot of questions. i tried this last year on cr-10 smart and it went to sh*t. so i just got a new ender 3 s1 plus with all the pretty direct drive stuff so hopefully it'll woirk this time.
