בראיון ששודר בתאריך ה- 30/09/1988, מספרות סבתי ציפורה טהורי ואחותה שושנה אורנשטיין את סיפורן הבלתי נתפס על מחנה ההשמדה אושוויץ.
התכנית היא "ערב חדש" עם דן מרגלית, כשהמנחה האורח באותו יום היה יוסף טומי לפיד ז"ל.
כל הזכויות שמורות ל"ערב חדש" ולדן מרגלית.
אין כאן כל נסיון של גניבת זכויות יוצרים, אלא הפצה של הסיפור הבלתי נתפס הזה שקשור אליי אישית, ובתור נכד ודור שלישי לניצולי השואה, לדאוג שהוא לא ייקבר יחד איתם, ולא יישכח.

Guys for anyone searching subtatiles, i dont speak Hebrew but i went on translate audio form Heberew to English and it works. Its a bit hard and slow. But if you're desparate like i was try it .

Невероятно, что она согласилась говорить об этом...Я знаю, что отношение в Израиле к узникам было очень плохим...История всколыхнула во мне воспоминания о моих родных...Какая красивая женщина. Helena (Jewish) Franz (Nazi) i believe it was Love/Hate from start till the end. Helena hated him at 1st for who he was - what he did. In time- she got to know a different Franz the 1 who saved her,her sister,helped friends/acquaintance. Risk his life for her. This is the Franz that Helena loved. When she got free (liberated) she wanted to forget the past the hell she witnessed. She couldn't have just the good Franz with out the bad. So she moved on. I believe Helena loved Franz,but Franz was "In Love" with Helena. Big Difference. Love Thy Enemy - WoW.

@@annawozniak5267 This is a true story about a Nazi officer who fell in love with a Jew and changed himself and saved many Jews thanks to the same woman and she returned him in the trial he was in and each survived a death sentence

@@annawozniak5267 you can watch the movie her daughter made a movie about ther love from the beginning how everything start ..she loved him but she was afraid from her family and friends because they will not allow her to be with a nazi the name of the movie is "love it was not "

@@helenbery636 Hey, thanks for answer. As far as I know, the author is not her daughter. She is a friend of the family whose ballet teacher was the daughter of Rozinka, that is Helena's sister. Unfortunately, I can't find an available video anywhere! :( I was interested in what you wrote about Helen's true love and her fear of condemnation. Nobody spoke about it directly. I thought she was calculating and didn't want to get involved with Franz. It changes everything. It is a pity that love could not win.
