Big props to the pros taking time out and showing the drills and techniques they’re using. Definitely good for those looking to put that time in.

I don’t doubt that, but literally every NFL players does drills like this daily. It’s nothing special.
@Soulsebb4 жыл бұрын
DPMixing I get that but at the same time some players do definitely put more work in. It’s only my guess that this guy is one of the ones who does. But just look at some of the oldest players in the league, one of the biggest differences in their longevity is how much offseason work they put in compared to your “average player”

This might seem random but Jesus loves you and times aren’t good and we need to rely on Jesus to guide us because we see corruption everywhere and so much sin and corruption everywhere. Relationship over religion. Jesus is a prayer away and just because you haven’t had an experience with Him doesn’t mean He’s not real :) .

Gabriel Rivas Jesus loves you too brother. No matter how close you feel to Him just remember He is always trying to draw us closer, we are his sheep and like sheep we sometimes wander and go astray.... but He is our good Shepard and will come after us to bring us back into the fold where we are safe.

I like how these drills are not too complex, but they require some practice. I coach middle school running backs and the things i primarily focus on is footwork and ball security. The speed, size and power will take care of themselves but you have to have the right footwork and fundamentals.

My son goes back and forth with receiver drills and running back drills He is only 9. How many reps per drill is feasible for a nine year old? I practice with him for about 1 to 1.5 hours. I have him do ladder and cone drills. He's never played football until 2 months ago and he is catching on super quickly to my surprise. He is in a flag football league right now and I have had 4 different people say to me "your son is good". I need to keep him on it because he simply loves it. All the training videos and reps I have him do, I get them by watching videos here on KZbin. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
