I have a rb20 ur build is good but I high recommend having a blow off valve on the intake side with in 9inched

You dont need a BOV calm down. On throttle compressor surge is real bad, off throttle compressor surge isnt that bad. I have never run a BOV on any of my many turbo cars and have never had an issue.

I used the throttle water line for my fuel rail line bit different lol

I wish I had an answer for you man. One of the fittings from the stock intake is the right thread but idk what the thread pitch is unfortunately.

I wish I could get a better look at the coolant lines that's my issue with mine now I'm gonna run the 2 in the front to each other but the one in the back I'm lost on what to do with it

I looped the front upper port to the back one and capped the lower one on the front. You can cap all 3 if you wanted to.

What did you use to cap it I might just cap the rear and run the front together

@@neanderedadventrues they all use 5/16" or 8mm ID hose and you can get caps off amazon that size and use a good hose clamp

Where are you running the vacuum line to the valve cover breathers? Also doesn’t that iac valve need vacuum as well?

The iacv line goes anywhere before the throttle body because when the throttle is closed it allows air to go past it to let the car idle normal. The valve cover ports I have going to a catch can which is vented to atmosphere. If you have other questions feel free to ask.

Any help with grounding points for the Rb20det? Trying to clean up the ground instead of having them run on top of the motor.

Any clean metal surface will work as a good ground on the motor so clean it up and put the ground wires there

@silviapig420 yeah I'm pretty sure there are manifolds with like 3 different sizes out there. And depending on where you buy, annoying the sellers don't seem to know the sizes and details of what they sell.

Question did you say that the iacv can be hooked up to the intake of the turbo .? Would it still work just confirming ?

It would but the air getting sucked into the turbo isn't pressurized like the air in the intercooler piping. The stock rb20 iacv setup is using air from right in front of the throttle body so it's best to copy that. You can also delete the iacv if you want to and have a tuner go through and get the idling dialed in but I've heard they hate when you delete them.

@@FSOMedia Thanks for the response bro I'm all the way located in the Caribbean rb's and jz's run things here in the drifting world. update on the Iacv i had a bung already installed from the turbo intake so i just ran the hose to that idk if it works because when i cut revs and it drops mostly stalls not all the time but .. i have the same generic intake setup you have with the port for the Iacv and also a cold start.. now got the engine running had to some vacuum leaks ...

Nope ecumaster emu black standalone. My r32 is stock ECU for now
