This does have a full fret board and 6 strings but in the end, it's still pushing buttons but just with a bit more complexity. A decent guitar clocks in at over 300 bucks AT THE VERY LEAST, not counting amps, other equipment and fees for a tutor if you don't want to figure everything out by trial and error. Moreover, Rock Band 3 contains precise instructions on how to play the guitar and precise instructions on how to play several dozen songs - several hundred if you count DLC. Playing a fake guitar is MUCH cheaper than real guitar.

@Airtrooper71910 жыл бұрын
Daequil I would confidently put my life savings on the fact that not even the band members themselves would FC this using a Mustang pro guitar....guaranteed!!! It is not very good for tight alternate picking and because the string zone is so small, you cant properly fit your palm where the strings enter the bridge, technique must be altered in many ways to cater for faster songs, whereas a normal guitar you got a lot more room to work with, string tension (which the mustang lacks any proper rebound/feedback from strings) and gauge to aid in playing without having to double check which string your hitting. And to top it all off, a solo is based around a variation/combination of certain scales, e.g. blues/ionian/dorian/lydian/mixolydian/phyrgian, 99% of all crazy guitarists do not know their own solo's note for note, they simply follow a set pattern of scales. This is why you will hear different sounding solo's live from big dogs such as joe satriani, john petrucci and kirk hammet is very well known for not playing his own music note for note.
