11:45 ive actually heard this is due to japanese law, the license plates are put on with more of a "one time" bolt so that they can't be taken off and transferred to other cars if someone was trying to steal the plates. so manufacturers made them like that so you could change bumpers / service things underneath without breaking the tamper bolts

the license plates on actual JDM cars are perm mounted to the car. Because bumpers come off and get replaced, it would be a pain in the butt process to get the reinstallation again. That is why they hinge like you see at 11:49

When I had an R34 GTT back in 2002 In Australia, I found some rear wing mount extenders which essentially lifted wing up by about 1 inch and it looked sooooo much better. I don’t recall the brand I’m sorry but it’s worth researching.

Yes two-tone it.... that would def. pop and be a style no one has going on. As soon as spoon stuck it on there I was like, hmm that looks pretty good! Paint the hood red except for the louvers, do them in silver along with the wing and instead of the F&F dashed stripe do an 80's thin/thick double pinstripe that tapers to a point at each end in silver! (You can always paint it red later)
