The Skill 1 changed affinity because, at this point (the beginning of the game) there was no IDs 2 skills with the same affinity, and it stayed the same for a long time until Pequod Heathcliff came out.

Ting Tang Hong Lu is arguably the best slash/pierce ID His skill two does insane amounts of damage (Upwards of 300 most of the time)

Pretty sure that there are no identities with 2 non-defense skills that share a sin affinity. Makes it easier to identify skills.
