It's a good comp and all, but I wish you'd keep the outro screen for just the end of the vid because it kinda kills the pacing for me.

Yeah I've heard that from a few people, especially from a combo friend lol. I kept it in to drag out the music a bit because each character video is too short (even with the outro, it's still too short). I don't add them in videos which are generally longer and also have the same music track such as KoF 2002 UM. I'll think about it and try to find a good balance in future series but for the 5th and final video for this game, I'd still want to keep the consistency.
