whoever thought this man was a bust never saw him play. 460 pound bench and cornerback speed every hit was violent. he punished people. he played the game the right way. and caused severe injuries as for the no Jackson play. it was all negative hype against him by the media. he did not get ran over. he was not squared up on bo he came in at an angle as Jackson was trucking down hill. if that play had not been on the goal line it would have been a 3 yd gain by bo and the conversation would have been nice stop by boz. played the entire season with one arm. I get that people didn't like his arrogance but to deny his ability is the most ignorant shit I ever heard. but. that's showbiz

No he got ran over, but to be fair, I don’t think anybody in the history of football could stop no from scoring at the goal line with a head of steam

Hi all Boz fans. Want more BOZ??? I recently have had requests for more videos on the Boz. As some may know I've been meaning to post more highlights, however the editing software, roxio that i previously had was so tedious. Need to find something more user friendly. If anyone has any suggestions, much appreciated. Would also like to know if there is a calling for the Boz's complete football games, college and professional,just thought i'd mention it. If there are any games in particular that you would be interested in watching, I will try and upload those as well. Again, thank you for your comments and support, I certainly appreciate the opportunity that KZbin has created awesome ads and thank them. Go Boz!! Would also like to ad that Brian Bosworth has viewed my videos and was very appreciative that i I posted these. I believe he mentioned, "humbled". If you view past comments, his name is okieboy44 :)

Why are the shoulder pads twice the size of today's?
@roastbeef4413 жыл бұрын
He wasn't bust. He played injured through college then in pros. A bust would be a Ryan Leaf or a Marcus's Russel. On the Bo play he didn't get his head across the body to stop him. Bo was and still is considered a freak of ability. If you never played college football and played injured to help your team you don't know what is like.

You might not like the Boz...but if he would have they played his years in Seattle who knows how good the Hawks defense could have been.

@@rustykuntz94 injuries and a far more lucrative acting career waiting for him (he didn't know at the time it wouldn't pan out. He knew his body was done and took a chance going into a different field where he still maintained a celebrity status and money. Blame him?

Its funny the Bo Jackson play on Monday Night Football I believe? Put Bosworth as a bust after all the hype. Jackson as well fell off the history books because of injury. However, with a little research people might be surprised the Boz showed a lot of promise. Just could not stay healthy. But both Jackson and Bosworth you wonder what could have been if they stayed healthy.

The Boz was my favorite player as a kid. I'd disagree he's a total bust. He was an impact player until injuries derailed his career. Out there playing with pretty serious injuries. You'd never see that today. If he wasn't such a show off, I doubt he'd be called a bust. That Bo Jackson play is a joke as he's coming laterally trying to stop Bo at one yard to gain. No one could do that.

Watching video of '88 season. Even with virtually useless left arm, still making tackles & successful goal-line stands...his teammates helping him up & congratulating him something you don't usually see for defensive players.

@madjohne agreed this guy was far from a bust was a pretty good player whose body let him down... When I think of Bust I think of Ryan leaf Andre Ware David Kingler Bosworth made plays pissed off some with his attitude but this guy made plays and the hype he created NOBODY COULD LIVE UP TO...

Interesting all the interest in a guy who hasn't played in 31 yrs. 47 yrs for Butkus. With all the thousands of NFL players during that time. Of course, I rather watch the Jets / Colts Super Bowl with Namath. Was limo driver at Stanford stadium Super Bowl, Marino's first year, didn't bother to go watch...
