Sir ek choti galti ho gayi hai kya? At 8:05 hamara hypothetical CRAR 10% aa raha hai. 8.5% ke liye hame Tier 1 and Tier 2 ko 5L aur 3.67L le lenge toh CRAR 8.5% aa jaayega.

Sir, How will keeping minimum capital reduce the default risk? Bcuz default risk is suppose I took a loan and Now i am unable to pay it, so bank suffers this loss but how is it related to capital here?

Default here is bank's capacity to payback withdrawal of deposits.
