I do believe that managing time is of utmost requirement in any preparation, but when you guys tell everyone about studying during office hours, I just want to say "Everyone is not working at Anuj Jindal's" and they are not getting paid for studying. If someone has done that in the past (especially in a banking job and glorifying it. gone are those days). Today, we are in an era, where top management is thinking of 70 hours a week job (another shit mindset). So, I would request you to stop suggesting that you can study at the workplace.

Good Evening Sir! session end mein agar ho sake to ek help kijiye, bohot urgent hai. Regarding IB ACIO II form fill up. Presently I am working in a PSU organization, in IB ACIO II form fill up, what to put in "End date service" in working experience coloumn? without end date of service cannot proceed further. I have raised complaint in helpdesk but no reply yet kisiko bhi koi jankari ho to please help.
