Less that 5% students in normal banking belong to iits and iim but in case of RBI grade B the scenario is different because i attempted that firstly 2- iits and iim students there setting the bar very high aur baaki exam dele na jab baat karna nikal jaye to ❤️ i m working as SBI PO 22 batch and currently i m posted at a rural branch its a matter of fact that i m very happy with my hectic job 🤌❤️

Sir i am totally agree with you I am owner of packers and movers company in chandigarh i provide services in chandigarh mohali jammu shimla delhi and all the rbi employee from these places are transferred by me i.e most of my clients are RBI officers, they have such a great lifestyle, high living standard etc. For example sec 30A and sector 44 chandigarh are the residents of rbi employes, I shift their household goods and transfer it in good cities rather than rural areas like jammu, mumbai ,banglore etc They also have many perks as compared to other govt employee(i've worked with all type of govt employee like defence personals,other bank staff, govt proffesors etc) so i have a good experience about their lifestyle and yes RBI grade B is good job.

I have just left preparation of RBI Grade B recently, because as a guy from Kolkata, if selected, have to spend most of the lifetime in Mumbai or other states. I mean come on. The exam for rbi is as tough as upsc. Nabard and sebi are relatively easier and so, saying you start as Asst. manager is a minus, i dont agree. With time rbi grb is becoming even tougher to crack. This is like saying IT job of 1cr package is better than 20 lakh package. And yes, you can crack nabard, Sebi grA, and read for rbi, as others keep trying for years to crack rbi alone. Meanwhile you get promoted to grB in nabard, if you couldnt get into RBI and yet get same package and allowances.
